Hello, let me introduce myself: I’m Gaia and I have been running Castello D’Argile Hotel for seven years.
For seven years now this place has become my home and I devote myself to it!
What are my values?
I believe in Hospitality, the importance of details and I strongly believe in people.
And here I luckily meet a lot of people.
I love my job and that’s why I always smile.
What do I like to do?
Chatting, knowing stories and maybe making a few jokes to lighten a long and hard day!

Welcome to my home!
I am Rossella and I’m the Castello D’Argile Hotel’s Executive Housekeeper.
I met Gaia for the first time in 2019 and from that day there’s been a great empathy between us.
I still remember when she told me: “We’ll achieve great things together” and today, after two years of pandemic, very difficult years for everyone, I can say she was right.
The greatest thing we've ever done was to be able to maintain an extra-sanitized and comfortable environment, that would not let our guests lack comfort and cheerfulness.
It was not to be taken for granted!
This is not just a job for me, it is also a mission.
Every day I put all of my effort and meticulousness into the care of every single room.
My goal is one and only: increasing the overall comfort level perceived by my Guest who must feel pampered.
What I love the most about my job?
Perceiving customer satisfaction and when they say goodbye with the promise that they will come back because they really enjoyed their stay 😊
